This product is a perfect adhesive for transparent parts. IT IS NOT A SUPERGLUE
Crystal Magic Glue is a special glue for transparent parts of models. Additionally it is very useful for other purposes, thanks to the consistency of the product. Its density allows to create a “drop” with a convex shape. After about 10-20 minutes, when the product is dry, it will not lose its convex shape and can be painted, as in this example of the position lights of this airplane, gems in fantasy figures, etc. To avoid the creation of air bubbles it is advisable not to shake the product and to stir it gently.
1. The product is completely transparent, and is ideal for gluing the parts of windshields, domes or transparent parts of any model. Once dry, it doesn’t leave any marks or stains, neither from the glue, and it’s odourless. The cannula is perfect for applying the product in the joints and seams, and is able to fill small holes forming a crystal clear result. Once the piece is glued in place, it’s possible to alter its position until it’s in the perfect spot. The glue takes are few minutes to cure. The glue can easily be removed for example on a damaged part with a damp cloth without leaving any marks.
2. Another use of the product is to make the convex effect on lenses or headlights of the models that are usually flat. Simply apply the product in the previously painted silver headlight hole to obtain a realistic result.
3. For even smaller lights, such as position lights on airplanes, we prepare the area by applying a silver color into the headlight, and deposit a drop on the base of the navigation light. If we want to give it more volume, once the first drop is dry, we simply apply another one. We can repeat this process as much as needed.
Its resin-based composition allows a slow and residue-free bonding of both, lenses or any part that requires clean handling and adhesion.
Its precision cannula allows a precise application of the glue.
It can also be used to fill small gaps between the transparent pieces as once dry the result is not noticeable.
Perfect for making gems and then painting them or for making vehicle headlights after having painted the interior with aluminium.
